ADDITIONAL EXHIBIT OR SPONSOR PASSES
Booth attendee registration will open on February 17, 2025 for all registered exhibitors.
Full Conference Booth Attendee - $1,600
Limited Passes Available
- The full conference pass covers the cost of entry to the exhibit hall and all educational sessions, meals, and conference social events.
- Exceptions are the district and regional meetings and events, the chair reception, and any other events marked as “invitation only”.
Exhibit Hall Only Booth Attendee - $300
Limited Passes available- Exhibit Hall Only passes cover the cost of entry for sponsors, exhibit booth attendees, or employees to only the Exhibit Hall.
- The Exhibit Hall Only pass does not include admittance to any other educational sessions, meals, or social events.
Exhbit Hall Upgraded Passes - $1300
For those who would like to upgrade your exhibit hall-only passes to full conference passes.
- The full conference pass allows entry to the exhibit hall as well as all educational sessions, meals, and conference social events.
- Exceptions are the district and regional meetings and events, the chair reception, and any other events marked as “invitation only”.
